Ha! This reminds me of a case in Apen Colorado from the '70s. A homeowner painted the roof of a barn sky blue with clouds. It was very noticeable from the hwy. Neighbors took this person to court to have it removed. They lost. The homeowner then painted a gloved hand with a raised middle finger in the middle of the roof. It remained there for years!!
