Level 2 on Ameritrade is disconcerting, but not unexpected.

Yesterday's take down of the support makes this possible. The problem is we need new investors as I think most who are already invested have limited means or inclination to invest much more than they already have. Unfortunately, new investors willing to buy at the ask as the price goes up will be hard to come by. Even with great news (OSU PO), there wasn't enough buying to break thru the cap set by the manipulators. Perhaps once its put out on a PR, we might see some more action.
