They are restricted to selling 1% of the O/S every month or 1% of 10 day
trading volume, which ever is greater.

So yes, they will need volume. And a higher price if they all want to sell for
max profits. I keep hearing October for some big push (about the 2nd or 3rd
week). However, I am more inclined to believe it will be late November, maybe
December.

The pump will have to start before their shares come off restriction to get the
most out of it. The news of the float increasing by 200 million shares again
won't fly here another time. They will also need to get volume up before the
shares come off restriction so they can sell as many as they can into the
market during and at peak of the pump.
