I don't think it will matter soon. Chicken little will get a taste of kraken September29th as he failed to respond to SFRX complaint in the proper time frame. This is available information through the Florida court system. I would suggest on the 29th he wake up, put on a helmet and a depends undergarmet (likely he will have trouble controlling his bowels at some point on that date). In the mean time he will likely continue on his present course which I liken to running a tanker of nitro glycerine into shore at full speed. That will be his first lesson in a long line which will teach this chicken hawk that a kraken is NOT a chicken.
