The key now is to understand when and how Rick, Casey, and Naumu intend to get paid.
I think the only thing Rick was not lying about is that he only had common shares on the last run.
It all depends when they got involved with this stock. If it was this time last year then they don't have their restrictions lifted yet.
Does anyone know when they got involved?
This would be key to any liquidation of large debt issued within the last year as they will need volume to dump those shares.
The only way this isn't valid is if any of these guys who got issued preferred shares were issued these shares before March 31 of 2013
