I didn't ask about dates or content of a next PR, and it was a brief conversation (maybe 3-5 mins???). I just wanted to seek an update on debt status and Matt told me BCAP has no toxic debt of any kind.

The share sales are from day traders and I assume they're moving into investors hands. Same pattern as we've all seen over the past years prior to a large run.

I'd also assume we'll see profits again this current Q because BCAP is now 32 full months with zero dilution.
