Very good , haven't thought of that issue. One of the things that the counsel in their collective wisdom should think about, if they can even get past thinking of elections is that there is future revenue for the area here, that very well may move away because they want to be ankle kissers today. True story. Short term memory is non existent in todays world. GLTA
