“ Dumping ” doesn’t occur if a company completes a share buyback, as announced . This W - Avg Trade activity has been occurring all throughout the period leading up to the Co’s share buyback announcements.

- Raises the O/S, A/S, Float = Bad for shareholders
- Raises the Market Cap (MCap) = Bad for shareholders

Meanwhile, the company plans to retire more shares, as it did last week.
