If you:
1) had never heard of this Company
2) were unfamiliar with the market space that they operate in
3) saw that no matter the good news and evidence of things going right, the share price goes down
4) saw how thinly traded the stock is and thus how illiquid it is
5) had to pay a huge premium that only got worse if you tried to buy any significant amount
would you be willing to drop significant amounts of money? We'll need to wait for the right catalyst that will get money sitting on the bid wiiling to pay the premium at the ask.
