We know that Bill has been trying to play nice with the town of Lakeshore. We also know that Health Canada has been out to the site. The company FITX is only relating information out right now that they have given in the form of a PR, but they made this statement, as well as the PR from today in regards to city council's continuos effort to delay the process of giving the final public vote of support (in form of council approval).
All the while there is activity at the site. An educated speculation could even be made that they are growing and finial approval from Health Canada is dependent on a good first harvest.
So…I know that their is a lot of hearsay on the matter but does the council vote really matter in the license issuance? They PR'ed inspection, they PR'ed council delay's becoming an issue (as far as playing nice). We got turned down with our questions yesterday as far as they will only address PR'ed issues at this point but in reality all our questions on that list would be answered at the share holders meeting.
Is it worth making a phone call representing our group with the simple question of in regards to both PR's- i.e... do we need Council support or not? Is this an issue that effects licensing process with Health Canada or just our relationship with the town? Picon or OTC?
I'm not trying to stir the pot and I like the company taking a proactive stance. Good volume today, I bought again on monday so I missed today with my funds. I'm going to have to start setting my orders to something closer to OTC's GTC recommendations, the guy knows his stuff.
