I've found it takes 10-14 days most of the time from the date the Attorney
Letter is uploaded through the OTCMarkets website. It also doesn't help
that $BKEN isn't a verified member of the site. This leads to getting put on
the back burner when it comes to things like getting "up listed" on their web
