I hear you SIO, but many of us got into FITX before buildings were done, before the Board of Directors changed so much, and so on. So it was more speculative. Even now, just the fact that we're Pink Sheet causes many to say we're speculative. But we've come a long, long way since then. I was there in late February for the open house, and I liked the plan, but there wasn't a lot of material evidence to back it up. But man, everything changed on site in a matter of about six months. Vault was in, Building #2 was up, fence was all but done -- I was very impressed by how much they did in a short time. And since they finished "Phase I" and called for the inspection (and rightfully went to Vegas to celebrate), we have been hampered by the Canadian government. So I agree with your assessment now, but go back to 2011 and 2012, and it was speculative. We were a nutritional supplement company who had an idea about expanding into medical MJ in Canada.
