Like I said, the town had ample time to raise concerns. With a town that size I am sure everyone most have had some conversation about the building. It would be impossible with the number of businesses involved in the construction ect. This latest concern makes the people involved appear to be borderline idiots. This operation was no stealth enterprise. Utilities, construction materials, security purchases. The list goes on and on. Also the company retained a top notch legal office.
