dont have app permit # so cant find it via AZ site
went to fill out a public record request for ADEQ Chloride Copper Mine APP permit but i see they charge you $500 for such unless you can prove it is not for a commercial purpose-how do you do that? which is their method of essentially violating the AZ public request law
