Bill has an ace up his sleeve that he can play any time.
All he has to do is launch a local media campaign appealing to the majority of the town who would like to see millions of dollars injected into the local economy
with jobs and tax revenues--that will get the attention(scare the crap out of) the council who are trying to play the CYA game.
I think the statement is good--quiet to begin, but making the subtle message that FITX WILL protect the interests of the Company and it's Shareholders.
