HC has kept some applications in review (a small number: 5), but has never rejected any so far that have come past the screening/security to inspection stage (only 39 so far). Lakeshore will take time but will do the right thing, which is to allow CEN to contribute to the economy while at the same time follow the town rules. The new zoning by laws are alright for FITX (agricultural zoning - like Nainamo/Tilray). I rate FITX as a strong buy at the price points suggested by otctrader.
