KMA's FB site had a password problem over this past weekend causing us to voluntarily shut the site down for 2 days. It's corrected now and we don't anticipate any further problems going forward. We're sorry if this temporary site stoppage generated undue questions or confusion. Also, there's absolutely no SEC conspiracy with the operation of KMA's FB site.
