I don't know -- the lawyer is stating that CEN hasn't given notice, but I think in fact there is ample evidence that it was stated and welcomed at different points, and I mean publicly.

Billy C is also an attorney, and is not ignorant on these issues and requirements. Until I hear otherwise, I am going to keep my confidence in Bill and his statements to date. Yes, it does appear that a few locals are trying to force an issue, but I don't see it as valid yet.
