I do believe the zoning classification was in our favor. Like they said in the letter, other towns made special amendments to the zoning and we were start enough to keep them in the dark until it was to late. Some what that is. The Mayor knew our intentions. Its not our fault the locals didn't keep up with current events in their own town.
