avboy - It will all be answered next month. I wish I had a crystal ball. I can tell you everyone on the Counsel is scared for their positions on the Counsel and the Mayor is also concerned. This is over a handful of people.
Go to the Windsor Star article posted earlier and read the responses to the article. You can see they're only a handful of people upset. This will work itself out.
