If you go to the Lakeshore website under "agendas" click on the September 23rd supplemental agenda. It contains at page 3 or 4 a letter from the attorney representing the people opposed to the facility. The lawyer who wrote it wants the town to adopt bylaws governing medical marijuana facilities now BEFORE Cen is licensed because he knows if the town keeps deferring the issue Cen will be grandfathered in.
