Great video. It would be easy to conclude Steve Russell, vice president of the Plastics Division at the American Chemistry Council, was talking directly about P2O.
On a separate note, the video's caption "Forget solar: New push for waste as renewable energy source" is regrettable. It could be just an attempt at a catchy headline, but the message of forgetting solar is unnecessary. Solar, wind, geothermal, P2O, et al should be embraced.
