I liken SFRX bucc problem to the Foghorn Leghorn cartoon. Remember the tiny, cocky chicken hawk that was too dumb to figure out what a chicken is. I think what we have here is a puny chicken hawk that is all mouth and is too dumb to figure out the difference between a chicken and a kraken. His only defense is to claim Foghorn Leghorn told him the kraken was a chicken. I plan to attend the jury trial and will let you know how that defense works for this chicken hawk.
