Hopefully he is smarter than people give him credit for.
Best possible scenario:
Delay fins report.
recieve $$$ from the PSRU sale.
Buyback shares BEFORE releasing the info-that way PPS remains low and more shares can be bought.
In addition-Contacted Joel--asked if he could contact the 'Conversion Holders"-make them an "offer"-cut out the middle man.
IMO -conversion shares were most likely valued @ .00005.
Offer them more than the value--.000075 or a similar amount less than .0001.
More bang for the buck. We will know soon.
