Your post started well, but so what? I expect a company to be able to:
- get permits
- publish financial statements
- be profitable
- be basically honest and meet stated expectations
If they can't do that there is no point investing in them.
The rest of your post fell into the deep end. The financing nechanism is not broken. It just can't fix poor and greedy swlf-seweving management.
PTOI knows that you want to save the world and love to see that fuel being produced. They are counting on it. You have provided employment and made several of them rich.
There are only 2 parties involved in your investment; PTO management and you. Not MMs, gf, the SEC, etc.
