I have posted months ago to watch for a significant PPS drop prior to license.
The sad truth here is that small quantities of stock could be dumped to intentionally drive PPS down with large buys then picking up for big gains.

In a stock having this much attention I do expect a strong likelihood of this happening especially when considering the potential value added by post license issuance.
