I just saw bucc's probable defense to the SFRX lawsuit. I am guessing he will say the meds he was on clouded his judgment. He posted on the flub yesterday:

look t the pps...il wait to see if this goes to subpenny then re/assess it perhaps a good flip may come? depends on how many new shares come in the market? news that's worthy etc. everybody likes to make money and hope all the best for us...now ned more meds,this pain is unbearable...been going on for over a year now have a good day...go sfrx
