It looks like the class action suit will be finalized on Thursday clearing the way for an extensive business update.

My guess is next Wednesday, October 1 an update will be provided identifying the National Engineering firm and detailing the agreement for them to build, install and operate processors. There could be more.

That completely changes the game.
