Your link is accurate and shows a great deal....Some of the Photos show the "Computer Flooring" the holes, for air conditioning. Servers and Racks require alot of Power, A/C and Proper Grounding is critical and Panama is subjected to high volume of electrical storms. You also require , depending on servers, Raid and archival (Storage) sufficient Un-interruptable Power Supplies (UPS) for back up due to power failure. Most likely the building has back up diesel generators for Emergency Power.

If you want to see a Mega Data Center.....Check the Utah Data Center (UDC) located in Bluffdale UT....right down the street from where TORQ originated @ 14572 s 790W Bluffdale, UT 84065.....
