Not a bid deal but many think CEN built that...when Bill says "we applied" when in fact CEN has no ownership on site #1. It was Jim Shaaban who got the permits but people here and other boards mistakenly claim ownership when they are tenants. It also explains why agricultural storage was placed no the permit, not medical mj becuase Jim did not apply to HC but still, he could have added it as HE knew that was what it was going to be for. Jim was building a facility with razor wise whose end use, he knew, was medical mj. Why not put it on? It was not illegal. Even more reason the town could be forgiven because on paper, they had nothing on a medical mj facility in terms of paperwork, but plenty of public rhetoric.
