i'm referencing the *process* specific to P2O's uplisting
out of the OTC cesspool

i see a BoD seated to achieve that end goal *imo* most likely
after first asset sale is 8k'd and b4 the next AGM is held

i have no idea who will comprise the BoD

but i have zero doubts that JW found more than a few qualified
via his efforts over a year ago
