Gerald has stated all along the uplist would be pushed out if the market condition were not right. His credibility isn't hurt by the possibility of delaying the uplist. If anything, his credibility is strengthened by his resolve to follow through on his prior statements the company wouldn't conduct a large RS in order to uplist, and would only uplist from a position of strength.

Naysayers will have to find something besides a massive RS to spin if they're going to spook the newbies. Longs already know such talk is coming from morons who don't have a grasp on the reality of how this story unfolds.
