Looking at TD charts on 1 mo setting, it shows A/D moving from a low of -28.23M on Sept 2nd to a level of -2.62M today. I'm not experienced with TA, but is this indicating that nearly 26M shares have been accumulated over the last 3 weeks while the price has dropped from a close of 0.0649 to 0.0535? If so, is this a positive indication even though the price has dropped 15%?

Being down to this PPS is fairly stressful right now and I'm looking for something of a silver lining. Any thoughts/feedback will be greatly appreciated.
