You mean progress might take longer than implied due to a lack of resources albeit funding and/or manpower? Oh crap! I've been so accustomed to TECO coming in early on all their schedules and milestones that this implication might be too tough for me to take.
Just when I thought everything in the last PR and newsletter would only take a month or four, I get slammed with this disappointment.

The last four years would make one hell of a comic stand-up routine. Last year we all wanted to see dark brown jars full of crude which came and went. This year we are all hoping to see jars full of Poland Springs water. FLMAO!
