Gaming companies iEntertainment and Great Outdoors combine

Cary-based iEntertainment Network Inc. is merging with Great Outdoors, LLC and plans to develop a series of new online outdoor games.

Great Outdoors is a company run by well-known game executive Danny Hammett , who is credited with producing outdoor games such as Rapala Fishing. Hammett will come to iEntertainment as its president. The board chair role will be filled by J.W. Stealey , the current CEO of iEntertainment.
