as i said why hasnt redrock or anybody posted proof of the blm and adeq permits esp when confusing contradictory wording as i pointed out from redrock that federal [presumably blm] and state [adeq water etc] permits are almost completed
politics has been the blm problem and they havent had the money to finish the adeq as per holders last contacts w adeq
so if these things are finished now sirg has a sec material events duty to PR them usually within ca 24 hours-72 at the outside -of the permit
leaves me wondering whether redrock even understands the blm politics and how much dd redrock has done
it would have been very easy to dispel this confusion via joint pr of CONDITIONAL funding agreement and posting of adeq blm etc permits
the confusion is caused by redrock et al
