HC has made a complete clusterf**k out of all this. They don't know what they are doing which does not surprise me because all gov't agencies are set up and run really bad. What pisses me off is the PPS is getting pummeled on a daily basis now. Down almost 8% in the first few minutes today as holders start to lose confidence yet again. PPS dropping like a rock......
