Greyshot, that is the way I read it as well. It is the application process (per article) that is held up. A step that we are way beyond. I do not read this as a delay for us. Licensed companies will still have to meet changes in requirements as they unfold. I believe our license is imminent once HC tests our first crop and handling there of, if they have not already.
