Processing an application or license is not at the heart of this article.
What is at the heart of it is that H / C will now set new regulations concerning the facility location and quality of documentation of seed to sale grows. They currently do not have the wording they need and that may take up to a couple of months. That is what I was referring to. All facilities will have to be in compliance the way I read that and not just the ones in line for application or license.
I could be, and have been known to be wrong, but, still do not think I am. Frankly, I would prefer you were right and we get news tomorrow, but, I don't think so. GLTA
