i view the following with a very different eye than apparently you do

hired the CFO .. to the tune of 150,000 .. with one third paid in a sub penny stock (50k)

remained dolt compliant (285,000) for 2013's filing on 6.4.14

filed Q 1 and Q 2 for FY 2014 ..

had 5 and 10 year NYSDEC permits issued within the last 2 months

and partnered with a national co. known via public domain ..
whose leverage via decades of experience can aid and abet P2O
going forward

this isn't rocket science

but it is a disruptive tech in a newly emerging sector

i like the odds
