The annual has been filed. I must say that filing it after hours Friday was pretty ingenious if garry plans to release a global pr Monday.
The next step is paying for the audit. Garry has told us that his accountant is SEC meticulous so the financials should already be audut ready. If he can just submit to and pay the auditor he should he it back pretty quick.
I am most pleased with the fact that there are many more details in the k to which garry can be held accountable. If this truly is the real deal he has positioned DUTV for the pps pop of the decade... imho
