i don't have mine either. if something doesn't happen by end of dec. i will have tda close it out and count it as tax loss. There won't be any law suits. If their is no company and no money there won't be anything to sue for. Still hoping they can do something to survive. Probably has been the most interesting penny i've ever played and hate to see it end. gl
