I have more money to put in but will wait until after the New Year.  I just don't think he will get the S-1 and TA acquisition done in time.  If he happens to get it done in time and it starts to go up then I will chase this.  I would rather chase this stock then lose more money.  I have never met any of you or the CEO for that matter so reliability is an issue since he did push back the TA Aquisition.  I do realize Philcheese has said news is immeniet and for the most part he is right.  We shall see but I am here with you and I don't bash stocks.  I want this stock price to go to $1 or more
