China is slowing down production of graphite in order to increase demand and price. China currently controls 80% of worlds graphite production and will scale it down dramatically throughout the rest of 2012 and 2013.

$GRPH is aggressively moving to become America's first graphite producer on over 2 decades! Even if they don't start mining , the properties $GRPH controls/owns will increase in value with the demand for graphite.
