It starts on Mondays, but it is a two week contest and not one week like the OTC contest, thus this week is the second week for the BB contest.  Next weekend you can submit a Big Board pick (same timeframe as OTC contest: Friday 4PM ET - Sunday 11:59PM ET) and that pick will last for the next two weeks for the Big Board contest.
