UKWildcat, et al.......I interpret the test grow after inspection BUT before license is issued as "setting the table" or "time trials preparing for the real race". Once the "test grow" goes through a comprehensive battery of quality testing and is declared a viable product two things are completed......1) the official license can be issued and 2) the "test grow" is a safe, high quality, marketable product that can now be sold to HC approved patients. Immediately following is more growing on a much larger scale since CenBio has now proved to HC that we produce a quality, if not superior, product. If anyone thinks the above interpretation is flawed, let me know.
