Wow, more than I remember.  I thought it was closer to 51%, with the ability to convert some private holdings into 8 shares common for every 1 converted - to guarantee hostile takeover could never occur.  Does this mean they've been buying common stock at even more of a fever-pitch than Drano?   I guess I need to read some more - but yeah, great news.  Impressive.  I love being reminded why I have so many shares.
