I'm not sure that they promised to PR anything this week. To be honest this company has PR'd way more often than the typical OTC plays and that may be hurting them. They have created expectations of multiple PR's per week which leaves people feeling slighted when they don't get an update.

I wouldn't response to dilution requests on facebook either. That is not the forum for such requests.

Maybe the company is tired of the constant badgering by shareholders? Who knows but I think it's best for them to do their job versus respond and react to shareholder demands. They cant grow the business when they are children all day.
