Greyshot, with all due respect, yes, you are correct, I am not an expert on zoning. That is why I asked the experts those questions and the remarks I posted here are there remarks and or statements taken from official town documents which are public. So, I think you should direct your ire at the town officials who think they are experts on zoning. Sorry I upset you. That was not my intent.
