Brad needs to have his lawyer look into Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA) , 15 USC §1125(D). With evidence presented on lie-hub, it should be easy to recover the kiliwamininggroup.com domain, as well as statutory damages. The buyer of the domain has shown, in public view, that he purchased the domain with "bad faith". Brad should have no problem recovering the domain, if he so desires.
